Dr. Chris was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He was also very gentle during the treatment, which made me feel at ease. Extracted a tooth and the whole process was completely painless! Barely any blood too. I have a very low tolerance for pain and was anxious at first but Dr Chris reassured me calmly and true enough the process was smooth and painless!
GREAT service from all the staff! They will make sure you are comfortable and let you know clearly what needs to be done (I did some scans and got my pictures taken). Dr Chris is as detailed and friendly as ever (this is my second visit), and you won't feel pressured at all.
Had a few crowns done by Dr Lee, he was very gentle and there was no pain! He explained step by step what he was going to do next which helped to reduce my anxiety!! Nurses were very attentive and seems to know what they were doing, which also helped. Am impressed!
